Viacheslav Lebedev

A resident of Yekaterinburg, a major city east of the Ural Mountains. A criminal case was opened against him for desecrating memorial structures commemorating those who died defending the country, after he poured alcohol onto the Eternal Flame at Field of Mars in Saint Petersburg. In December 2025, the case was referred to court.
